Why can't I connect to the site?
In some circumstances (new versions of Linux, for example), TCP window scaling exposes a problem with the firewall in front of Scintilla's server. We're working to fix this, but one temporary workaround is to add the line net.ipv4.tcp_default_win_scale=0 to /etc/sysctl.conf.
